The staff was amicable and made me feel at home. The location was nice, right by cable car and the cable car station to Fansipan, in a fairly quiet area. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from Zamzam Well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sa Pa. The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were kept very clean. The spaciousness of the room was also a pleasant surprise. Another great aspect of this hotel was its location. It was right off the center square, making it convenient for exploring Sapa village. The staff at this hotel deserves a special mention. They were willing to help with everything and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The service was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel had basic amenities such as a heater in the room, which was perfect given the chilly weather in Sa Pa.

Great location close to cable car station and surrounded by good restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The hot water works very well which is a plus during the cold weather.
The floors were a bit cold, but the hotel provided extra room slippers when we asked. Breakfast was average, but the homemade bread was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The location was perfect - right in the center of everything and close to the funicular. The hotel facilities were top-notch with cleanliness being a big priority. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot.
